I’ve worn it all day at the office and honestly forgot I had it on—the compression is firm but not suffocating, and it smooths everything out under dresses. The strapless design stays put without digging in, which is rare for me.
The flat seams are a lifesaver—you can wear it under a fitted dress and nobody can tell it’s there. It compresses my midsection just enough to smooth everything out without feeling like I’m suffocating, and it stays put all day.
I was skeptical about wearing this under a bodycon dress all day, but the compression held my tummy in without rolling down once. The flat seams really are invisible under thin fabric, and it stayed comfortable through a full workday and dinner out.
